  • Please RSVP by July 3rd so we can make our final arrangements. Let’s not be “that guy” and show up without RSVP-ing…

  • Please arrive between 4:30-4:45pm central time so you have a chance to find your seats. This is definitely one of those times being fashionably late is NOT cute.

  • Yes! As long as you have RSVP’d for all people in your party (big and small), we would love for your little ones to come. We will have childcare provided for the ceremony. Sorry but you will be responsible for them after that.

  • We want you to be comfortable more than anything! But if you’re feeling bold, embrace the semi-formal western honky tonk vibes! Want more inspo? Try searching on Pinterest for “honky tonk wedding guest” or “western wedding guest”.

  • There is a dedicated parking lot at both the ceremony venue as well as the reception venue. No vehicles are permitted to be left at the Vine Street Christian Church (the ceremony site).

  • We recommend an Airbnb in East Nashville to be closer to the reception venue which is in the neighborhood, Inglewood. Downtown hotels are only 10ish min from the reception venue if you want to be close to the hustle and bustle, though.

    Since it’s Labor Day Weekend, make sure you book early!

  • We will not be providing any transportation but Uber and Lyft are wonderful inventions.
